Requests sent through the website and AI pre-diagnosis

When you use the selection assistant, the contact form or the meeting booking:

• Your answers and contact details are stored on our server, hosted by Infomaniak in Geneva (Switzerland).
• To prepare your pre-diagnosis and our reply, we consult public information about your company: its website (the one you give, or the domain of your business email address) and the Swiss commercial register (Zefix).
• This information is analysed by an artificial intelligence hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva). It is never used to train models.
• We create an internal record (summary and qualification of your request) to prepare our first conversation. It is not shared with any third party.
• Emails and meetings go through our Microsoft 365 account (data centres in Europe). A booked meeting creates a Teams event in our calendar and an invitation to your address.
• We keep this data as long as needed to follow up on your request, at most 24 months without further contact, then delete it. You can ask to see or delete it at any time at info@flowbiz.ai.
