How much does automation with FlowBiz cost?

Every project is split into steps, each with a fixed price agreed in advance: you know what you will pay before we start, and you approve step by step. If you entrust us with hosting, it is billed monthly. The first conversation and the offer are free. To get started: the Starter offer, a 2-hour audit and a first automation delivered in 15 days with training, for a fixed CHF 1,900.

What is the implementation timeline?

Most of our solutions are operational in 2-4 weeks. Complex projects can take 6-8 weeks. We keep you informed at every step of the process.

What guarantees and follow-up do you offer?

Every delivered step is under warranty: for the period stated in the offer, any defect is fixed free of charge and adjustments are included. After that, support and improvements are billed by the hour or from a block of hours. Full details are in our general terms.

Does my data stay in Switzerland?

Yes. Swiss hosting, encryption, regular backups and nFADP compliance. The AI itself can run on models hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, in Geneva). Your data is never used to train models.

Do you work with our current software?

Yes. We start from your tools (invoicing software, CRM, email, spreadsheets) and connect them through APIs or exports, rather than replacing everything.
